As a Change-Maker I find that change draws on the fears within most individuals. Do you realise that it’s the only constant evolving action in your life?
As early as the 6th century BC we’ve been hearing about change (To quote Heraclitus; “The only thing that is constant is change”) and yet this mantra instills or triggers apprehension.
Some may disagree with me about this topic but from my experience, I think it would benefit if every employee understood how to run a small business. I think there’s a big difference in operating a small business to working in a corporate environment.
