Finding Your Voice

Your “voice” is the YOU in your entirety – it is discovered in the four parts of you: mind, body, heart and spirit.  These are all part of your total intelligence.

It’s easy to understand when you break it down into each of these four aspects:

  • What are you good at? That’s your mind
  • What do you love doing? That’s your heart
  • What inspires you to do something? That’s the body
  • And what does life ask of you, what gives you meaning and purpose? This is your spirit.

The internal motivations are four simple needs:  to live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy working together succinctly and cohesively.

It is an evolving process and you grow and learn, you are exposed to more knowledge and experiences. You are tested along the way and from this you can acknowledge what works for you and what doesn’t and your voice developed and is more expressed the more you are confident.

Finding your voice is the same for an individual as it is for an organisation.
